who is responsible

short version

no cookies, no ad trackers, no accounts. the site collects as little as it can. right now there is no email list and nothing for sale, so we hold no personal data about visitors. links may carry utm/ref tags, which tell us which post or link brought you, never who you are. we never sell your data.

new articles by email

off for now. if it opens, this page will say exactly what is collected before any signup form appears.

payments (digital products)

sales are off for now. if they open, payments run through the provider you choose, under that provider's own privacy policy, and this page will be updated first. this site would keep only: order id, course, payment method, paid time, the time you ticked the delivery/right-to-cancel box, and the ref/utm tag of the link you came from. no email, no ip, no cookies at checkout.

donations

donations, if ever enabled, go to a lightning address. the site stores nothing about you.

hosting & logs

the site is hosted on cloudflare pages. cloudflare processes technical data (ip address, user agent, requested url) to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. if analytics are enabled, they are cookieless (cloudflare web analytics), with no personal profiles.

how long we keep data

article emails: as long as you are subscribed. unconfirmed signups and unsubscribed addresses are deleted within 12 months. orders: the download record (no email) is kept for 12 months; accounting records are kept as long as bookkeeping rules require. technical logs: as set by cloudflare.

withdrawing consent

you can withdraw your email consent at any time, with the unsubscribe link in every email or by emailing the contact above. withdrawal doesn't affect anything done before it.

your rights

you can ask for access, correction or deletion of your data by emailing the contact above. you can also complain to your local data protection authority.
